2W Area Sales Supervisor - Bengkulu
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Coordinate sales team, in order to increase the level of sales and sales in accordance with the target.
- Help the sales team and provide training in searching, serve and maintain consumer.
- Help overcome the problems of the sales team and participate in conducting or assisting the sales team presentation if necessary.
- Create sales strategies and disseminate to the sales team.
- Provide sales report sales team either weekly, monthly or yearly.
- Monitoring the sales team's activities.
- Monitoring sales and customer payments from the sales team.
- Determine discounting products to the sales team with the consent of the Manager or Director in advance.
- Socializing and notify information about new sales to sales team
Kualifikasi :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Interpersonal, Distributorship, Selling, Routing, Channel
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
