Commercial Assistant
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Preparing the contracts agreement (drafting, reviewing, negotiating).
- Handling and maintaining corporate legal documents and board governance of the company.
- Establishing a proactive monitoring and guidelines for the organization to ensure the organization are in compliance with the all prevailing laws and regulations.
- Assist in administration duties.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
- Required language (s) : English
- Required skill (s) : Contracts Agreement, Corporate Secretary, Civil Law, Commercial Law
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Placement would be in our office at Bengkulu Province
- Full Time position (s) available
